Dr Arundev P R targets to improve the lives of others by enhancing their potential and expanding their options. As a change catalyst in the lives of many, he continues to develop and use his extensive academic, practical and professional knowledge to benefit many. Professional training, mentoring, and counselling are among his many domains of authority and practice. Beyond that, he has extensive experience in human resources management at the national level in India and has specialised in Human resource development and educational consultancy at the Doctoral level. As a Civil Service Trainer, he has crafted a slew of future civil servants. He has trained, mentored, and counselled thousands of people to date.

Dr Arundev is a Certified Career Analyst. He has Doctorate degree in Management domain and four master's degrees in different domains: Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Commerce, and Education Administration & Supervision (PGDEAS). He has also cleared the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) and is an academician. He has numerous published papers in national and international scholarly journals. Extending his professional service, he works as an adjunct professor at several business schools.

He is among the founding members of Build India Greater Foundation, an NGO to promotes upskilling and capacity building. Dr Arundev is also the chief career mentor of Radical Mentor Training, a leading training institution in central Kerala. Dr Arundev is happy to help those who aspire for expert mentoring in their education, career choice or early/mid-career trajectories.
