Manisha Sanas is the founder of Way Finders Career Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Trained and Certified Career Counselor as well as a Behavioural and Emotional Coach and a Mentor. She is passionate about guiding students to find their Ikigai.
She has more than 2 decades of experience in the Education industry. Graduated from Mumbai University, she holds a Diploma in Behavioural Counselling, is a certified Career Counselor from iDream Career and is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist.
Manisha started her career in the Banking Sector and expanded into multiple other roles working as Business Development Manager, Sales Support and Marketing. She then moved to being the Manager Admissions and Chief Counsellor for an MBA college affiliated to the University of Wales, England. Her passion for Counselling and wanting to guide the youth, made her decide to give her full time to Career Counselling.
Today, apart from her Career Counselling and Mentoring, Manisha is also a Volunteer Behavioural & Emotional Coach at a School for the Visually Impaired. The above pursuits and passions gives her a distinctive perspective of the many possible career options which helps her to empathise, connect and guide the student in the right direction.

Our son is 10th grade and is good in academic studies. He was sure he wanted to take science (PCMB) stream for further studies. However he was unsure of which career path/ profession to choose and opt for coaching classes accordingly. Hence we reached to Manisha Madam for career counselling. Psychometric test analysis gave a good insights on our son strengths and personality. In 3 counselling session she was able to understand our son strengths, areas of improvement and personality very well. Based on which she provided good advise on his personality improvement aspects and also about career path selection options. She also provided some real life examples for us to relate it better. Seek guidance for career counselling n clarity of thought, however final decison has to be taken by the child and parents, which is right approach. Thank you Manisha Madam.

Manisha ma’am was very patient in listening to our point of view as well as gave guidance as children are confused at this stage.her guidance put my child into thinking other alternatives and not being adamant about one path. Options given are great.

We had availed session for our son Vikram who is in 9th standard. He was very adamant on changing from cbse to NIOS . Manisha madam counseled him and helped in changing his mind . She was very friendly with him , listened very patiently to his doubts and concern. She guided him as he was her own child . We are extremely grateful to her and suggest other parents to take her counseling sessions for their children who are confused about studies and careers

We availed career counselling sessions for our daughter who is currently in 10th grade. The first ever interaction with Ms. Manisha made us feel positive. She could instantly connect with our daughter and made her feel comfortable. The session was interactive and insightful giving us a holistic picture. The reports and analysis were conveyed in a systematic manner which gave us good clarity and reassurance. A highly recommended session for all the children/parents who are at a stage of deciding the stream/career path.
